A comprehensive timeline, floor plan, and event logistics + Wedding rehearsal coordination
On-site management for setup, ceremony, reception, and breakdown
Since I’m based in North Powder, OR, there will be an additional travel fee based on the IRS business mileage rate of $0.70 per mile. For weddings requiring overnight stays, I usually book a hotel or Air BnB in the area to ensure I’m well-rested and ready for your big day. Rates typically range from $125-$250 per night, depending on availability. I’ll confirm accommodation options and final rates closer to the event date.
